Essentials.Heal not working
When a player has permission to use Essentials.Heal, and they use /Heal, they are told they do not have permission. The debug shows the following: 
[19:03:18 INFO]: EmperorPichu issued server command: /heal
[19:03:18 INFO]: [Essentials] checking if EmperorPichu has essentials.commandcooldowns.bypass - true
[19:03:18 INFO]: [Essentials] Searching for alternative to: heal
[19:03:18 INFO]: [Essentials] Essentials: Alternative command heal found, using WorldGuard:heal
[19:03:18 INFO]: EmperorPichu issued server command: /heal
[19:03:18 INFO]: [Essentials] checking if EmperorPichu has essentials.commandcooldowns.bypass - true
[19:03:18 INFO]: [Essentials] Searching for alternative to: heal
[19:03:18 INFO]: [Essentials] Essentials: Alternative command heal found, using WorldGuard:heal
It seems Essentials.Heal command is being skipped, and it is attempting to use the WorldGuard.Heal command instead. How do I fix this so that /Heal properly uses Essentials.Heal?

Looking for a Staff/Moderation Plugin
Looking for a plugin that provides useful commands and features for staff members, with permissions that allow me to give different types of staff members appropriate access. For example, I don't want my Helpers being able to issue bans. Any recommendations? Paid plugins are okay.

Deleted plugin won't disappear from plugins list
I have a ghost plugin that won't disappear from my /plugins list. Any idea how to get rid of it? The .Jar has been deleted. When I /version the plugin, it says the plugin doesn't exist. Yet it keeps appearing on my plugins list...

Tebex not Executing Crate Commands
My Tebex is having an issue where it cannot execute /crate commands. This is a problem because I cannot automatically issue players their keys upon purchase. Tebex is working fine for rank commands. Those will execute automatically. Crates plugin being used is CrazyCrates. Anyone ran into this before? How to fix?

Server Specs
I'm looking to upgrade my server specs. Is there any significant advantage in having more than 4 cpu threads in a server? I'm running a Paper server. As I understand, Paper is primarily single-threaded. So I'd want to prioritize having a CPU with strong single thread performance. I'm thinking 5600x/5800x/5950x/7700x or Intel equivalent. Also, is there any point to having more than 16 GB of RAM? I've read that there's limitations to how much RAM a Paper server can effectively use, too. So some extra overhead for the OS, other processes running... so that the Minecraft server can have ~12 GB of dedicated memory? So when I see these VPS/dedicated server options offering 8+ threads, 32+ GB of memory, is it for the use case of running multiple servers/apps? Because it seems very overkill and redundant for just one server.
