Server Suddenly Crashed and Won't Turn Back On, after Switching over to New Host

Edit: Still Not Resolved. EnviroMC applied a temporary fix but the issue happens again. My server files are fine. This is an issue with their end. I switched over from BloomHost to EnviroMC about 12 hours ago. It was running smoothly for some time. But then I experienced my first server crash, ever. I checked the "latest.log" in my server files, and nothing there screamed out to me. I'm unsure if that's because it didn't log the absolute final minutes before the crash? My control panel looks like this. See screenshot. Everything is offline. Right now, I can't even turn on the server. It has been 10+ minutes after the crash. Every time I attempt to turn the server back on, it reads the following in the console:

Could this be something to do with the hosting provider? I ran my server files locally and the server is able to start up fine. But on EnviroMC, the server with the same files cannot start.

Yeah I did. But they take a while to respond. And I want to see if I can resolve this for my players so they don't have to wait a long time. Some extra testing: Ran the server locally with the same files. Works. Ran the same server files on another host (BloomHost). Works. But my EnviroMC server is still stuck in a crashed state. It cannot turn on. I may attempt to delete everything on the EnviroMC server and reinstall all the files.

Ok I'm very heavily leaning towards this being an EnviroMC issue now. I'm running their reinstall script on my server to start it from a blank slate and it's not even working. My files still remain on the server. So I'm thinking the server is just down and unresponsive...

Their Pterodactyl Activity Log says their Reinstall script sucessfully reinstalled my server... but my FTP still shows everything still there...

Hello, is your server.properties file still having stuff inside? And is your startup command still there? I actually had a similar problem a few hours ago. It was fixed when Nerd restarted the node my server was on.

Are you also using EnviroMC? My server.properties file is still the same as before. The files have to be working, because I'm able to run my same server files on another host and it works. Okay. EnviroMC responded to my ticket. The issue turned out to be on their end, a configuration issue when setting up for me the dedicated IP that I requested. It has now been resolved. They assured me that this issue won't happen again. !solved Edit: Not solved... EnviroMC admin fixed the issue from their end but it happened again.
