E-mail sync not working

I think it could be caused by Digital Ocean new policies : https://www.digitalocean.com/community/questions/smtp-587-ports-is-closed?comment=210404&utm_source=chatgpt.com I've send a ticket but they recommand using this : https://marketplace.digitalocean.com/apps/sendgrid Do we have to change .env or docker-compose.yml to make this work ?

Hi mine says "importing" but i see no contact updated with mails. Vps is a Digital Ocean
