Oh yeah, happens all the time. To test it out just try catching a pokemon, if it escapes AND flees then you're softbanned. The cool down timer resets when you leave the app most times and stuff like that.

In simple terms: No because it's pretty much modding the game files and data,but you can use a feature that aids your quests (but not that effective on masterwork research)

This isn't really relevant but we have the same birthday! I hope you get your jirachi on your birthday. I don't think you can bypass quests (yet) and it's a really hard feature to create because when you finish a quest, it stores the progress and data in the app and Pogo system, so creating this kinda cheat would be the same as giving yourself infinite poke coins, which I'm pretty sure is impossible. So no, you can't bypass your masterwork research, but there are features on PGsharp that aid you on your quests but they can't complete them for you.

I believe you can just have it active, you're not required to have him battling for equal rewards.

The point of NonShiny blocker is not to turn your pokemon into a shiny, it makes it so that when you click a pokemon in the wild, it will cancel itself and tell you that it's not a shiny. It won't stop pokemon from respawning, I think you just misunderstood. Non Shiny blocker is used to save time when shiny hunting during events. Please correct me if you mean something else

Hi! The app requirements never work, I'm assuming you're talking about those "are you human? 2 step verification, take this trivia for an 100$ Walmart gift card" kinda stuff?
On iOs it's really hard to get spoofs and from what I know people use discord servers to spoof (not sure exactly, but apple doesn't allow 3rd party downloads (pretty much you're not allowed to download anything outside of the app store)) but if you're on android, Samsung, etc (anything other than apple), you can use PGsharp (the safest pokemon go spoofer)
