I cant play raid
when I want to start a raid it says that I'm not close enough even though I'm next to the raid (I'm not soft banned and I'm next to the raid)

He said he's not softbanned/cool down time
I found it, I was soft banned but I didn't have the cool down time
Oh yeah, happens all the time. To test it out just try catching a pokemon, if it escapes AND flees then you're softbanned. The cool down timer resets when you leave the app most times and stuff like that.
