Hi, @Tomer Barnea We wanted to check the effectiveness of communication being sent via any workflow be it message or channel, it will help us determine right channel or template to use for further communication.

Sending WhatsApp Messages from Multiple Business Accounts in Integration Store: Feasibility and Chal

Apologies for the earlier message. I have a use case involving multiple WhatsApp Business accounts created in the integration store.
For Example, in email , when I have multiple accounts, I can specify the integration identifier in the override object to dictate which account the email should be sent from.
Is it possible to achieve similar functionality for WhatsApp? Specifically, can I specify an integration identifier in an override object to select which WhatsApp Business account should handle a given message?

Using multiple WA template in single workflow
Hi, Dima,
We have a use case where we need to send SMS and WhatsApp messages in a single flow, but using two different numbers for same subscriberId. Is this achievable?
