Hello, PUBG Team πŸ™‚ I hope you’re doing well. I’m a BGMI player from India, where PUBG Mobile was banned in 2020. BGMI was introduced in 2021 as a replacement, and it worked well initially. But in 2022, the government imposed restrictions on it too. It was finally relaunched in May 2023, and while it’s playable now, the experience is far from ideal. From the day of its relaunch in May 2023, BGMI’s servers shifted to Singapore and India, and despite all this time, the game still isn’t optimized. BGMI is filled with bugs and glitches that make it difficult for us to enjoy. The servers are unstable, often crashing under load, and they’re highly vulnerable to attacks, making it easy for hackers to disrupt games. Frequent crashes, lack of essential features like 120 FPS, and the absence of modes we loved, like Home Mode, make it feel incomplete. Even account recovery and customer support seem almost nonexistent. BGMI is widely played and profitable in India, but it’s exhausting that despite all our feedback, Krafton hasn’t addressed these issues. When we raise our concerns on official platforms, we’re often ignored, banned, or muted. Many of us have even reported these issues through Indian government channels, but nothing has changed. We’re at a point where we feel unheard and defeated. I didn’t want to bother you, but I thought maybe the PUBG team might understand our struggles and possibly guide the BGMI team to improve this experience. We truly miss PUBG Mobileβ€”it was more than just a game for us; it was an experience we cherished. BGMI hasn’t brought us closer to that feeling, and we’re left longing for PUBG Mobile.
