Hello Ban.
from the first we are playing in emulator. it's been more than 6 years we are playing. and that's really a shame that they banned us with out any reason. and still yet we didn't get any message from support team. every season we recharge more than 20k UC and open crate. their customer support is so much lazy.

But He's playing in Gameloop Emulator. And Gameloop is a certified Emulator for Pubgm. So whats the issue right now?
