Depends on what you mean with "host on Cloudflare": PHP is not supported on Cloudflare directly, only via transpliling to JavaScript, see e.g. here -> https://github.com/cloudflare/php-worker-hello-world
If you mean running the Cloudflare proxy which serves the PHP website from another hosting service (which supports PHP), this should work fine.

To be honest, Cloudflare is the ultimate footgun machine (and I am loving it). Where other cloud services put a Ph.D. level of API "paperwork" between you and the gun, Cloudflare offers to shoot yourself in the foot with basically one click.
