Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I added the domain with a new account and this message appears when I choose the free plan

Sound like something is up with your payment (e.g. a credit card payment got declined and you are now overdue).

Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, you may notice extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues.
