Email addresses can be forged, check the rest of the headers in the email (e.g. from which mail relay you got this etc)
That are not email headers, you need to see raw text representation of the whole email (but only the headers are relevant)

Looks like high quality scam then, the instructions I've seen from the images look like valid, regular instructions.
