hey, im looking at buying a home server! my budget is around $200, and i was looking for some recommendations! i'd like at least 8 gb of ram and a somewhat modern cpu. any recommendations are appreciated!

hey! im getting into the plugin development scene, and want to pick kotlin as my language! i was wondering if anyone had any good tutorials/guides/advice/etc related to coding plugins in kotlin? i dont really have a strong foundation in any coding language lol, but i really wana learn! any help would be appreciated!
