GPU and CPU acting real wonky

Is it meant to do this? Am I stupid?????? (Single Player, Prism Launcher) (Sodium, Indium, Lithium, Falling Leaves, Cloth Config, Better F3, Enity Culling, Entity Model Features, Entity Texture Features, Ferritecore, Iris, Mod Menu, More Culling, Not Enough Animations) [Doubt that any of these mods affect anything but Im doing it just to be safe]
