I'm lost, how can I set up an SSL on my PostgreSQL database? I'm trying to access it from powerBI and it requests SSL ''An error occurred while reading data from the provider: 'The remote certificate is not valid according to the validation procedure'''.

Unable to connect to the database over the public network
Hi,
I have a PostgreSQL database and after experiencing some payment issues, my database appears to be empty. The message I receive is: "We are unable to connect to the database over the public network."
I was asked to try connecting using a specific command, but this command does not work. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
