Spigot/Bukkit/Fabric/Paper/Purpur/ERMERGERD?
Hello!
I'm a returning server host, and I have used predominantly Spigot in the past. I've been doing a lot of research on all of these different forks that are available, and I feel a little overwhelmed. There's so many.
Here's my server's needs:
Vanilla SMP with:
+Quality of Life plugins (multiplayer sleep, tree feller, etc)
+Vanilla Tweaks (basically more QoL)
+Additional commands (/rtp, /spawn, /home, /warp, /lock, /unlock)
+Some form of player management where I can:
++Whitelist/Blacklist certain people from using certain commands
++Add/Remove players from groups that have specific perms
This server is being hosted for my friend who is a Twitch streamer. The community wants a spawn hub with simple holograms for server rules. Maybe a kit plugin that will give every new player (upon joining) a book with the server info. Also, some form of Discord integration where we can link the game chat and/or logs to specific channels in Discord.
