Who do I contact about accessing my account?? This is ridiculous!
On the 2nd of Jan I couldn't access my account due to 2FA, i've never set up or received any 2FA codes. I requested recovery twice and also submitted a ticket. I've heard nothing for 12 days and I really need access to this account. I can't contact support without logging in. This can't be the standard process surely? I've posted on here before and it didn't help, but it's my only option.

2FA ridiculous recovery wait time...
I have an account on my companies account, which I was never prompted to set up 2FA on. I've used this account for 2 years with no problems. After Christmas it started asking for 2FA authentication. I don't have these codes as I was never told to set it up. The recovery takes up to 5 days, which is unusual and uncessary for something as urgent as DNS. There has to be a way around this, surely?
