ok so some 'person' replied to my ticket and basically told me to fuck off and the penalty will stay. Riot sucks thats for sure. I KNOW i did nothing wrong and they just take my 500 bucks and say to (quote) reflect on the situation and think of all of the creative ways in which I can learn and grow from this in order to make my future journeys even greater. Yeah bro, its like impossible to get to real people when contacting support and when its actually a real person, they say its not riot's fault. I wish you luck man, we not alone in this
