False ban and unresponsive support team
My experience with Riot's support system has generally been positive, aside from the occasional copy-pasted responses from "real staff members." However, a few days ago, I was banned again for what I am 100% sure is a false reason. The ban was for the same issue as my last one-year suspension: leaving matches. Here’s the problem: I’ve only been playing for two days since my unban, and I haven’t left a single game mid-match during this time. There were no warnings, no suspensions, or penalties beforehand—just an immediate ban. I contacted support, but it feels like my concerns were ignored. The bot told me to wait 1-2 days, but it’s now been almost a week without a response. Now, I’m stuck with another one-year ban, which is actually false this time, and no one seems willing to help. It’s frustrating, especially since I’ve spent over €500 on this account. It feels like they’ve just taken my money and refused to communicate. After reading similar posts on Reddit, I realized I’m not the only one facing this issue—it’s happened to others, and it’ll likely happen again. This situation really shows the kind of company Riot is. What would you reccomend me to do now?
