False ban and unresponsive support team
My experience with Riot's support system has generally been positive, aside from the occasional copy-pasted responses from "real staff members." However, a few days ago, I was banned again for what I am 100% sure is a false reason. The ban was for the same issue as my last one-year suspension: leaving matches.
Here’s the problem: I’ve only been playing for two days since my unban, and I haven’t left a single game mid-match during this time. There were no warnings, no suspensions, or penalties beforehand—just an immediate ban. I contacted support, but it feels like my concerns were ignored. The bot told me to wait 1-2 days, but it’s now been almost a week without a response.
Now, I’m stuck with another one-year ban, which is actually false this time, and no one seems willing to help. It’s frustrating, especially since I’ve spent over €500 on this account. It feels like they’ve just taken my money and refused to communicate. After reading similar posts on Reddit, I realized I’m not the only one facing this issue—it’s happened to others, and it’ll likely happen again.
This situation really shows the kind of company Riot is. What would you reccomend me to do now?

After checking the last match that they played, i can confirm they definitely went afk hence the ban is justified, try making an unban request after a few months and u might get lucky

Did the same to me I feel you dude, I feel depressed because I got false ban and hwid ban permanent on my account because I recently bought a logitech g pro x superlight and after downloading Logitech g hub I got a message pop up in my face account locked and when I tried logging on my alt I found 152 error code saying an account on this device used 3rd party app but I just downloaded Logitech g hub I didn't even test it yet and already got banned I contacted riot support but no help at all even after 10 tickets no response the only thing I got was that saying I was scripting which I wasn't and saying it's my fault and all that , now I'm sitting I don't know what to do I spent almost a 100 USD I know it isn't much but God knows how much it took me to get this money, I feel you man and I hope they help you and so me .
why would riot ban u for g hub xd
G hub has options for ‘macros’, if any such thing is added and riot detects it, its surely a ban

ok so some 'person' replied to my ticket and basically told me to fuck off and the penalty will stay. Riot sucks thats for sure. It's a known issue they ban for several things that don't relate to the game if u get reported if vanguard flags a program

U don't know how there anti cheat works
If they see any file that is flagged per there not being unknown files it's marked as a third party
I personally use auto hotkey for OSU and pretty sure that's why I was banned

I had to get in contact with someone personally to get unbanned the first time it happened
Ff I got a .74 kd and a .11 headshot there is no way u see that as cheating
3rd party software doesnt always mean you are cheating

I like valorant and it's concept but the fact the ban u for 3rd party software even being on ur PC for work or other stuff is weird

When you ask for proof they just make excuses
And the most crazy part that IM SURE that I shouldn't deserve the ban it's because I didn't play valorant for one week because of the upcoming finals that I got at that time

and people who got banned for no reason says the same thing I guess so
your ban will only be activated once you log in. it has nothing to do with whether you were online last week or not. if you were banned last week and for example log in again today, it will start being effective from today.
