Server Hosting.
I would stay away from Enviro, I had a terrible experience with them. Lots of downtime with no staff acknowledging it or responding. I'm currently with Blooms premium+ and haven't had a single issue yet!

Fishing plugin
I've used PyroFishingPro by Pyrex for many years, there's also a free version of it called PyroFishing that I can recommend 🙂

I use the plugin called Lands, I've used it for years and swear by that it's the best land claiming plugin. Players say that it's a more modern version of towny
