i contacted them via email, and they always said that they didn't understand my problem and asked me to resubmit the detailed information, but ihad submitted it very clearly then i submitted it several times and finally waited for their reply and asked me to submit the screenshot of the problem and my nickname, but I even wrote the screenshot, uid, and nickname in it
the next day, they replied and asked me to submit the question to the in-game customer service, but the in-game customer service didn't even look at it
