How to buy clothes
I’d rather buy clothes that have resale value if they no longer fit my body or my style than clothes that will go to a landfill. And as much as possible I try to buy secondhand in the first place.

Moonstar All Weather sizing
I don’t know how the 70s fit compared to a regular chuck but I found the moonstar in 11 to feel significantly bigger than my chucks in 11. I also have a 10 in moonstar that’s slightly small. I’d probably fit best in 10.5 if they offered it.

FYI I see a lot of vintage listings with holes/tears/missing buttons etc, but a little visible mending can add some character if you’re willing to learn imo.

I encountered this issue when I was looking for fatigues, but managed to find a vintage pair on eBay for under a hundred that was 30x34 I think. A little longer than I needed but I cuff them.
