It seems whenever I get close the the unloaded lod's it loads back in, but as soon as I slightly back away it goes to being unloaded.

Cpu load is on balanced, and what does RD stand for? Ive waited for about 25 minutes maybe a bit longer, and I have no idea if it finished. I think it did because it has generated past the chunks that are not loading.
