Last time I've topped up was Oct 16, 2023 And from currently available metrics charts are flat for 6 days. So unusual happened between 16th and 31st. If it ever happened at all. Not sure. I think I've checked https://railway.app/account/usage recently and saw nothing unusual. Did not and don't expect any spikes.
