How do I delete the tables in the database?

Im trying to upload it from the command prompt on desktop but says table already exists. of if I could overwrite that would be even better.

Handshake inactivity timeout

App deploys okay but querying the database gives me a handshaketime out. I created a pooling to see if that would work it didn't not sure where to go from here.
