Keep touching the routing on israel to frankfurt server
We dont go around the network changing routes for fun. There is no direct path between Israel and Frankfurt and you can see this by doing a traceroute to 162.249.72.0. If any of those hops in the middle decides to change for a fault or any other reason your latency increases

Singapore servers are outside of your region so we cant really optimize for those. It will depend on your ISP to do their part and see what can they optimize on their end
