Hi, Ive checked this but unfortunately you will have to raise the issue with your provider. It looks like they changed something about 5d03h ago
right now we have a direct path to them so there isnt anything else to "improve" from our side of things
they will have to check their side for congestion all the way to 151.106.246.0

just give them riot games ip adress and tell them u need this programm for work or smth and u cant use it cause of packet loss.
most adults dont even want to know what u need they get paid to fix issues for u
