New Agent : Shino
So basically he supposed to be Korean but his parents (who lived somewhere in Japan) had to leave him in a fire because a Radianite explosion. Minutes later, a hurry of soldiers, including the Japanese Commander was there at the scene. The baby was rescued and raised to be the Commanders kid. Shino was taught specifically in the stealth division, aka the Shinobi Clan. Shino was an only child and grew independent. He as well practices meditating and goes to Monks to meditate in their garden. The Monks gave him necklaces as a show of appreciation and a gift (as seen on his neck). One of the Monks say that he should meet a special person named Sage (a canon agent) who once visited there who taught them many special things who could teach Shino as well. Shino indeed does this, he was taught but in the process was found as a very good candidate for an agent, and in doing so-he joined the Valorant Protocol.
the coat isnt his, its the commanders and was a last goodbye gift to Shino before he departed off Japan

(Agent Class Duelist) Aegis
(E Ability) Flareshot | 2
Equip a Flareshot on your wristed crossbow, launching the Flareshot to a wall. This orange flare projectile will stick to a wall and blind and highlight any enemies in its radius, and will repeat in doing so every 3.5 seconds if not destroyed.
(Q Ability) Gearshut| 1
Equip 'Gearshut' shots on your wristed crossbow, launching the disk projectile. Once it finishes landing (bounce capability once), it will instantly pop up a deactivation zone that permanently deactivates the function of guns and forcing players to drop all guns in place. (A way to counteract this is to run away before the Gearshut lands OR ask for a teammate to give you their sidearm). The Gearshut zone is as wide as Deadlock Ult area and lasts long as Kayo Molly.
(C Ability) Bulwark | 2
Equip Bulwark, activating a small energy shield that covers both your head and body but not TOES. Incoming enemy fire that impacts the shield will stay there until the shields time limit use is diminished OR when the user manually deactivates it, both ways will blast close the shield and will rewind all the impacted damage and use it to fire it back at what’s in front of the player. In use of the shield will put away whatever was in hands before (such as your gun). The shield can withstand 95 HP (for reference; a Killjoy Turret has 100 HP) before combustion.
(Passive Ability [Like Jett]) Techno-Shield
Aegis has a large shield on his back, allowing the player to cover its back from bullets, excluding feet and head.
(Ultimate Ability) The Catalyst of Crusaders
Activate your ultimate, temporarily replacing your gun/ability and grabbing your large techno-shield (deactivating your Passive Ability while in use) from your back. Hold Left-Click (fire) to activate the thrusters to propel yourself forward at high speeds and majorly stun enemies who get in the way. Pressing Right-Click (aim) will bring out your technic-mace (melee weapon), killing the enemy in one hit. After the time limit use is over (12 seconds), the shield will lose power and you back your shield on your back. After braking/deactivating the thrusters, you can reuse them after .5 seconds.
