Why when the iv says 15/15/15 when I go on the pokemon and later catch it it is never iv100
@kacper2000 , you need to be lv30 to even find 100% iv pokemons , under that pokemon stats will just be random .

if you're hunting shundos , yes .
peeps just click on the Pokémon to get to the Encounter Screen and wait the 2h till catching it .
if you're confident you didn't do anything that'd trigger CD in your account from the past 2h then you can just catch it right away .

no good options for you with a normal iOS device , other than that you could use a PC or Android device to work with .
PC : head to #A video tutorial on How to spoof on PC and watch the tutorial .
Android : lookup Pgsharp online , it'll be the first result so just click on it and download .
spoofing on iOS isn't recommended at all as Pokémon Go will just scan your device for related third party apps like mods/joysticks and Flag your account only to get banned soon after . @kikopaedagogiskleder

Did you turn on your Cooldown Timer overlay in Pgsharp settings
regarding #📱│cooldown-softban-rules , you can also just make sure you didn't do anything within the past 2 hours that might trigger your CD . you can check your Profile -> Journal to see logs of what you've done recently .
keep in mind that if you trigger your Cooldown , there's a bug that'll reset the time back to 00:00 if you accidentally spin a pokestop even if the CD is not over yet .
