no good options for you with a normal iOS device , other than that you could use a PC or Android device to work with .
PC : head to #A video tutorial on How to spoof on PC and watch the tutorial .
Android : lookup Pgsharp online , it'll be the first result so just click on it and download .
spoofing on iOS isn't recommended at all as Pokémon Go will just scan your device for related third party apps like mods/joysticks and Flag your account only to get banned soon after . @kikopaedagogiskleder
