DH just stopped working
I was just in my singleplayer world being opened to LAN with my partner with DH enabled and i went mining for a bit and then all of a sudden when i came back from mining DH chunks that was already rendered disappeared and it when back to my normal render distant

Game Crashed (1.21)
My game crashed it says that it may of crashed by and out of date graphics driver or conflicts with screen recording software but im on the latest driver update and i have no screen recording software opened and or running in the background
