Observability struggling

Do you mean that if railway is down on a Saturday and you have production applications running you have to stop your business until Monday ?

Deployment crashed, but no logs to help troubleshoot

Is there any place where we can see some information about the log issues ? That's basically impacting everything from deploys to services logs :/
