Hybrid 500 bad top layer

Hi, my v-core 4 500 hybrid (0.6 nozzle) is still giving me problems. Coming from a warped bed, rusting rails, a replaced heat bed over a dead EBB to not being able to print properly. I am currently using orca slicer. Settings attached. I am trying to print a few small test pieces. Left one is with 3 top layers and 25% overlap, right with 4 and 30%. Filament is sunlu ABS red. What am I missing? Pretty sure it is something simple but I have been so distracted with troubleshooting over the last couple of months I literally can't find it. Hence this post, hoping for some help from the community 🙂

I can't read German very well but those speeds look very high... It may be that you either need to slow down, or increase temps to get more flow

Have you calibrated your Pressure advance? Judging by the looks of the corners I circled in white, you’ve got some pretty bad under extrusion. That could be part of the issue. What temps are you running at?
