OpenGL spam when fullscreening / unfullscreening, eventually leading to crash after 15 minutes
Minecraft Ver: 1.20.1
Forge Ver: 47.3.0
DH Version: 2.3.2-b
Oculus: 1.8.0
Embeddium: 0.3.31
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4070 SUPER
Game Type: Multiplayer (currently not enabled on server)
Specific Error Message:
[09Apr2025 22:29:42.479] [Render thread/INFO] [com.mojang.blaze3d.platform.GlDebug/]: OpenGL debug message: id=1286, source=API, type=ERROR, severity=HIGH, message='GL_INVALID_FRAMEBUFFER_OPERATION error generated. Operation is not valid because a bound framebuffer is not framebuffer complete.'

Having an issue with Distant Horizons in my current modpack where this error spammed, reaching close to 5 million lines in 5 minutes and massively using disk space. The error doesn't seem to occur until I either press my fullscreen key while ingame or unfullscreening. Doing that causes Distant Horizons to stop rendering far-out chunks until I go to the mod settings and disable / re-enable it again.Pastebin

I've also noticed that the Quality Preset reset from High (what I set it to) to Custom every time I have to disable / reenable. Not sure if that is default behavior or not.
Fixed log:
What driver version are you using?
How many monitors do you have?
2 monitors, driver ver 572.60
another player is having the exact same issue too. his specs:

They don't have NVIDIA so the drivers are probably not at fault
I cant tell if the instability is because of the absolutely massive amount of log spam or something internal with memory
but not even the OpenGL Log Remover mods gets rid of the log spam :(
Last thing I can think of right now is to try to use the DH nightly #links-n-downloads
I'll give it a go, thank you
Apparently it worked for my friend, but I'm still having the exact same issue
I recorded a video of it: please check it out if you have a moment
I thought it was just pressing fullscreen key, but instead its just anytime the world is re-rendered it has that issue
@Puhpine (GMT +1) Hi, do you mind if I ping you about this?
Does this happen when DH is the only mod present?
What about only DH + Oculus +Embeddium?
It does not occur with only DH, Oculus, and Embeddium
Then probably some mod incompatibility
/binary
Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.
I figured as much, but is there anything from the log that might give reference to what mod could be causing the issue?
