layershifting Problems
Hello, I have a VCore 4 500 IDEX and I am having problems starting it up. I keep having layershifting no matter how much I have reduced the speed and belt tension.
What could be the cause of the problem?
Is it normal for the T1 toolhead to collide when calibrating? Is it normal that the VAOC does not find a webstream?

Did you enable performance mode?
What do you mean T1 toolhead is colliding?
No it is not normal, did you set up the config as instructed?
Thanks for the answer, I have activated performance mode.
By colliding, I mean that you can clearly hear that the motor wants to push the print head further to the right than the limit switch does not react.
If I push the print head T1 manually to the right, the ‘DUAL_CARRIAGE’ limit switch triggers, if I push the print head T0 to the left, ‘X’ triggers, if I push the X axis forwards, ‘Y’ triggers, if I press the switch next to the camera, nothing triggers. Is that correct?
Yes, I built everything according to the instructions (I personally found the part ‘wiring’ extremely poorly documented and orientated myself more on the comments below)
Can you send a piic of your setup? Sounds like you have some belt tensioning issues potentially.
The commissioning guide walks you through the sanity checks of checking the endstop functions.
I know I still have to adjust the belt tension, currently I have them set very loose, but I don't have the feeling that it's because of them. The slides can be moved easily. I used the Prusa Quality 0.2mm Nozzzle VC4 IDEX profile and PETG as the material.
The wiring was done according to the instructions, the limit switches trigger as they should, the print heads move as they should according to the instructions.
Should I post a photo of the wiring?

Here is a picture of the print before I canceled.
