This message is to spread awareness to all pubg mobile players,ive spent over 40.000 euros on this account and last year on march 03 when i logged into the game all my login methods were removed and the game kicked me out of my account,all pubg mobile "specialist" who can't even read their name properly i'm quite sure of that since last year untill today and over 300 emails sent didn't do anything to help,i never shared my account with no one neither clicked malicious links,it was just gone,considering how strong my account was secured this heist could only be done with the help of someone working for pubg mobile,i gave them multiple chances to redeem theiself and simply just return my account,all they do is to give me the link for their account recovery tool witch isn't working,ive done 40 request trough it so far,what i want to say is to stop spending money in this game and never buy any of their services ever again as their own employees might target your account one day,i have allready published an e-book and soon a phisical one about how they launder money and how they work togheter with this account thiefs and share the money togheter,for the end i will say that i am a very well known person in the world,a poor person would just gave up but not me,as i told them many times its either they return my account back either all the money spent on the account 40.000 euros with proof,or they'l spend some good milions coming next year for just 40.000 they washed of me,if there is tho an official employee anywhere on this server all i need is a whatsapp number either a call here on discord to clarify this problem and get either the account either the 40.000 euros.

i got same issue, my account just got hacked 3 days ago. i was searching for help, even provide proof of purchased something (from playstore). idk if i will get rejected or approved by the official team, but i really hope i get my account back, the account might still have my HACKED email, and i can proof the email was mine (but the password already changed and got 2 step verification already). I've been playing the game almost 7 years with the account,
since 2018 i never shared or clicking on any random link POP UP for a scam to login with my PUBG account, idk how this hacker just somehow got my email and erased my whole PHONE, and now this device does not even a REGULAR device that I've been using for the account to sumbit a recovery in-game

All bought by me,my money,proof for every single uc went into that account

Then they sent us to community form. Done that and that's it. Took 6 days to get reply. But we minus 2 since it was weekends. So 4 working days.
If question is why it was successful.
I will assume that we reacted same day and provided really a lot of information. I cant tell exactly which of proofs made a difference, but most probably it was bit with "provide as much useful information as you can"

I think for us it was the speed of filling form. Try to collect more info? Try to remember more of info what you could provide.
Payment details from the bank not google play(since GP can be hacked to) bank less likely.
Try contact friends who you usually played with maybe they can help you remember something more.

I provided all right information even named the exact date of aquiring specific skins and ammount of money spent to get them and not just that,if thats not "proof" enough then just shoot me lol
Anyway,im not giving up,they can easily recover the accounts manually they just dont want to,my explanation is that they get some good money for doing this for hackers,some extra besides their salary,i gave them options tho plenty,refund me all the money spent in the game,recover the account,or,i have multiple videos also proof that i own it in wich i showcase every skin,make a new account with the exact same skins and level,a thing that they can also do
And im also a tiktok streamer,remember the winnsanity case?He completely lost access to his account but because he is a big streamer they recovered it in a matter of 1 or 2 weeks

That's why I offered help, possibly you just need someone "not involved" to ask you right questions to get correct answers

Sometime we believe in something what is not true, but we still believe it and when someone trying to prove us wrong we call them ignorant and dumb.
That's just my assumption, but as I can see that's your position towards tech support. In this stance you wont be able to have reasonable conversation and they wont eighter because that's not what they supposed to do.
Reasonably they just process data what you provide and if something don't match. Safe way is just - reject.
Because imagine if someone would actually try to steal your 40k acc and they would just go with it regarding guy providing some detail not matching, but they still feel that way 🤷

Everything matches untill the date it was stolen nothing wrong,not 1 bit,its their job to do it,they stole it togheter with the hacker to make money,they also going to recover it or use one of the 3 options i gave them above and thats all about it

The recovery system only works when your account recovery request is earlier that 6 months and from a trusted device. Outside of that there is no support. PUBG mobile does not offer manual support to normal players.

That is not the way it works, they review your claim and accept it or like in your case deny access.
There is no magical backdoor for people that spend more than other.
I know the process is bad but should look over your conversation from the ingame support and check what is missing or could be added.
Maybe go to https://pubgmobile.live/support and select ingame support, then error takes a look at it.
