runtime percentage

Hey, what does "runtime percentage" means please ? i searched a bit but didn't get a precise answer

0.1 - one thread runs 10% of the time 0.5 - 50% 1.0 is 100% and so on

oh, okay could it be used to reduce CPU temp, even if it loads slower ?

Yes, same for the thread count Anything that will reduce the CPU load will reduce the temps
