V-Core 4 500 IDEX Peak at 125hz

Here are my current Tension and IS results. I have this peak at about 125hz at Y and I dont know how to get rid of it. I already reassembled both toolheads and checked for loose bolts etc. on the gantry. I got all the toolhead wires and umbilical ziptied and secured (I'm on my second pack of zipties 🗿) The idlers are the Ratrig heavy duty idlers. Dont know what else to check 🫠

@miklschmidt any ideas?🤔

Not mikl, but the 125hz can come up due to harmonics of other frequencies, and may go away with different belt tensions. May need to go up in tension

That would explain why its only during the measurement and i cant find it with the realtime analysis. I think i got the right belt tension tho cause my tension graphs are a lot smoother now than the ones above. Is there any method to track the frequency down?

Not really, it's not an exact science at the moment and more of an art 😂 it can be a multitude of things

so chat gpt says if the fundamental frequency would be for example 100hz the harmonics would show at 200hz, 300hz, etc. maybe my source is at like 62hz 🤔

I would also suggest, start printing and continuing on with your printer. You wont get IDEX to have perfect graphs, but your prints will still look good. If your graphs now look like the above (or better), then start printing!

I already got some prints out of it but i want to get more than 2500mm/s2 acceleration on y out of it 🤣
