Looking for a mod that can limit specific mob types (1.20.1 Fabric)

Hi. Im trying to find a mod that could possibly limit the amount of a specific type of mob that could spawn. (Not entities specific, but type specific like creature/monster)

Basically, I just need a mod/datapack/some sort of addon for 1.20.1 (fabric) that could limit the amount of monsters at anytime to 60, creatues to 60, and misc to inf. Ive been looking, but cant find antyhing that meets this criteria.

the paper configs can, they look amazing. i admittedly don't know enough whether you'd need to reset the world to use it

(if you do ever want to tweak/toggle specific entities, i really like 'you shall not spawn'. and for overall entities per chunk, citadel has a setting to change %)

Are you using a hybrid server? I’ve deployed a forge server and it doesn’t have paper configs

Fabric is not my ecosystem, just wanted to point out that paper configs are not available in fabric to save you some time looking for them

However, I did look up a bit and this seems the closest I could find for what you want:
