"Nothing to do: Z Offset is 0"
I have issues with the firmware as it does not Save my Z Offset.
I am trying to Calibrate the Z offset with a piece of paper as we all do i assume and then i hit the blue button "Save Z Offset". The console is printing out as the title shows "Nothing to do: Z Offset is 0" even tough i have another value than 0. Also the SAVE CONFIG up in the right corner does not appear anymore.

what probe do you have?
I assume something like super pinda and not a beacon?
Correct. I do not have beacon.
But i am not sure of what probe i have. Perhaps i have the wrong one in the configurator? But the Z offset adjustment worked before, my memory is not the best.
ok, so you did the following?
* homed x, y and z
* z-tilt
* homed z again
* ran
PROBE_CALIBRATE
in the console
* adjusted with TESTZ Z=-.1
in the console until the paper was snug
* ran ACCEPT
* then ran SAVE_CONFIG
I did not. I just 1. homed with the click on the house button. 2. Adjusted Z value to somewhere between 0 - 1. 3. Hit the Save Z Offset blue button. 4. Wanted to click the Save Config button that did not appear. 5. wrote this thread about it. Is your method the proper one? I have never used z-tilt before and the other commands either.
It's not my way, it's the klipper documentation
https://www.klipper3d.org/Probe_Calibrate.html
Quick question, regarding PROBE_CALIBRATE. I get this promted, what should i do?
You can use that instead of the manual commands to raise and lower the bed like I posted with
TESTZ
I feel abit stupid. Thanks.
Now the Save Config appeared in the upper right corner.
I wil test something simple to print now
Everyone has to learn at some point, it's ok
