Directional Light appears to clip through objects making them look transparent.
I was using the standard dress form environment. I move the directional light and it does not reflect off of the object properly. When I face the back of the form, the transparency is clearly visible. It seems the light is not reflecting off the whole environment as it should as well. Its casting shadows where it shouldnt and there is a clear distinct line. Please see the video attached. Official Release, PCVR.

Did some more testing with this and models imported appear transparent moreso with FBX than glb models. This lighting is still off with a distinct line on the lights and reflections not working correctly as shown above.
@andybak I know you’ve all been really busy but any insight on this? It’s a biggie
I think there was a similar issue in the past but I’ve also tried removing all scripts (folder) and it still shows
Its similar to what was happening in this thread and this push I think fixed it. Its very similar and shows in my videos.... https://discordapp.com/channels/783806589991780412/1257233248778588200/1261160040996540507
Notes:
1. Affects PCVR only
2. Related to Quality Settings - specifically shadow cascades. (It goes away if I set the shadow cascade for the active level to 2 or 4
There's two other bugs that seem related to quality settings:

so - something odd is going on. Especially as quality settings have not really been touched in any meaningful way since the original code release.
Are we triggering a Unity bug?
It's more noticable in some environments - but it isn't specific to Dressform
@Zandy - going to the max quality level in settings fixes it for me. Does that work for you?
We are talking about that hard edge on the ground, aren't we? Not the thing happening towards the end to the brush strokes? I couldn't quite see if that was a problem or not - but the hard edge on the ground seemed to be the main issue in your video.
Your description "clip through objects making them look transparent" doesn't seem to match anything I can see in the video?
@andybak it is pcvr only. Standalone is ok. I can try quality settings tomorrow. Yes it’s a distinct line. I’m out tonight but there is a major thing going on with imported models as well where certain models appear completely transparent as if the normals are flipped but they aren’t. (I believe glb but will recheck tomorrow) Also the lighting doesn’t reflect properly off the models and everything is darker than normal.
The models affected look similar to this video with what happens to the UI, white, yet transparent. Will get you pics tomorrow. https://discord.com/channels/783806589991780412/1257233248778588200/1261039214397751448
In the video on this post you can see Mylar becomes white and the dress form is transparent
Also Only one side of the dress form is transparent. You’ll probably see this if you change your point of view in game.
@Zandy - can you try this build to see if it's fixed the issue? https://nightly.link/icosa-foundation/open-brush/actions/runs/12534805778/Windows%20OpenXR.zip
@andybak That seems to have fixed it! Models are correct now as well.
