Ill check tomorrow and get back to you. Ive used prusa slicer with generic pla profil and default ratrig vcore 4 400 0.6mm settings. Only thing I tried was upping the bed and nozzle temps.

I'm in similar boat. FOr whatever reason once I installed .6mm nozzle, first layer is always 0.1mm too far away I move it closer by 0.1mm, save it and print finishes all good. Then doing save & restart (as guided by that save command) and it's 0.1mm too far away again. With every new print I have to make Z offset 0.1mm closer

That's how all my prints start and end

Adjust by 0.1mm while the printer is idle, hit save, and then hit save config, and let me know if it solves it Did you all change the nozzle size in the configurator? It updates the needed klipper values

Commissioning guide tells it needs to be done while print is running, otherwise it won't work But I'll give it a shot when current print ends

Yes, but I tested last night and found it to actually save while doing it NOT while printing. Whether it's a bug or a mistake is yet to be known lol

Jup. Just remembered, I had .6 hardened steel before, switched to .6mm CHT ones I don't think nozzle diameter is root of issue. Most likely just coincidence That seemed to work for me too.. Or it was something else that changed and it started to work..

Good news! At least something worked. I'll see if others also have this as a solution when it pops up. Thanks for checking :)
