How to use an alias assigned pin for something else
I'm probably missing a post, or guide somewhere, but I've looked and I can't find anything. I'm using a Octopus Max EZ board, and have selected "no fan" for controller fan in the setup wizard. I'm using an always-on fan port for constant cooling for my 5160 drivers. I want to use the alias assigned controller fan port "PA4" for another fan, but when I assign that pin in my config, I get this error.
Please feel free to make fun of me, or call me a dumbass, as needed. I am sure I'm not doing something right.

can you upload your debug.zip?
So the
[controller_fan controller_fan]
section is defined in the included v-core printer configs. Selecting no fan
doesn't remove those. This is a backwards compatibility thing with 2.0. However since v-core-4 has never existed on 2.0 i will remove it from those. Just a second.
@dyocis fix pushed, update and it should work 🙂@miklschmidt .You're a legend! At least I found an actual issue this time, and I wasn't being a complete idiot!
