Frequent tangle detection on Smart filament sensor for Orbiter 2 on V-Core 4 400 IDEX

My prints fails due to frequent tangle detection, specially with opaque filament. I can read on Orbiter page: "The detection is activated when filament the pulling force is increased over 1.5–2 kilograms of force for more than one second. The wear of PTFE tube can also trigger tangle detection due to the high friction force. Warning!!! The tangle detection can be falsely triggered by high friction in a long PTFE tube, hard-turning big filament spools, or high printer acceleration with an improperly secured PTFE tube." https://www.orbiterprojects.com/smart-sensor-for-orbiter-v2/ But if I manually restart the print, it proceeds for some minutes untile the next tangle detection. Do you think the "pulling force" or the "one second" can be changed in configuration to reduce the false positives?

Hi, I had the same issue at high print speeds and with large prints. What fixed it for me was having a smoother PTFE path - I first had it routed like it was shown in the assembly guide and I think the sharp corners created a lot of friction. Just having a larger radius at the corners stopped the false positives from occurring.

Thank you, yesterday the situation was as in the video. Then I moved the lower block higher up and softened the corners. I also removed the PTFE sleeve and something improved but it still gets stuck sometimes.
