uneven walls.

Hi all. Does anyone had same problem and solved it? Walls on my print are not very even, but I don't see any repeatability so I assume it's not PID (I did that) or Z axis. Could this be because of too loose belts? If yes, how much do you tighten your vcore 4 500 belts?
