RatOS 2.1 Part fan running all the time - even at 0%

I am having some issues with my part fan. When I use the slider in the UI it increases in speed as it should, but when the slider is at 0% it is still running, I would guess somewhere around 2-5%. It is enough for me to feel a little airflow from the part fan vents. It is nothing compared to when running it at 100% which has really high airflow. This is the fan I am using: https://www.arctic.de/en/S4028-15K/ACFAN00264A I am using Orbitool O2 toolboard. I have wired it up like in the attached image, and in the configurator I have choosen Digital PWM On 2-Pin Port. My printer.cfg has this [fan] pin: !toolboard_t0:PA10 max_power: 0.995 shutdown_speed: 0.0 hardware_pwm: False I have tried all sorts of things, but no matter what it is running at 0%. Anyone has an idea what is going on? Best regards
