did you sent what was asked? please send logs, we cant anything without that
and Railway doesnt offer support for Hobby plan, its only community support, we're not paid by Railway
if your application is critical please consider subscribing to Pro plan
go to your service in Railway's dashboard, then select a deployment, then view logs button

You don't need a functioning app to view logs
Just login into railway
send the deploy logs please.
Now select a time range
It's set to 15 minutes by default
That's why you're not seeing anything

Now you can troubleshoot the issue
please extend the range as far back as it will go, and send a download of the logs
