these problems only accur in this world
i created new worlds and still the same
Have you ever had installed Starlight, ScalableLux or Supplementaries mods during this world creation
If so DH 2.1.2 is incompatible with this world
i probably had starlight and Supplementaries mods but can i fix it somehow?
For Starlight: remove it
Then delete the LOD DB to regenerate the LODs
/lodstore
Single Player:
- Overworld:
.minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
- Nether: .minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/DIM-1/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
- End: .minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/DIM1/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
- Custom Dimensions: .minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/DIMENSION_FOLDER/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
Multiplayer:
- .minecraft/Distant_Horizons_server_data/SERVER_NAME/Then go to every single remaining black chunk and force an update
Or update DH to 2.2+ and regenerate the LODs
For Supplementaries just be lucky after fixing Starlight black chunks
i deleted the LODs but i tried to update DH and my game crashed before i could even load it
Do you have iris or oculus installed?
i had iris installed but not anymore

On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/logs

How big is the log file?!
You should be able to upload over 50MB

i had to update the better clouds mod to work with dh
max 10 MB now 😔
100 MB because of the server boosts
