What is your modlist?
and the shader is comptatible
Can you provide a screenshot while it's day? So it's a bit easier to see what the problem is
i also get lag spikes often
the lod chunks are very wierd
i already tried to delete the lod data but nothing even happened
doesent work on either nihgtly build or stable one
using complementary unbound + euphoria patches
it works using normal complementary unbound and the only thing euphoria adds is colored lighting?!? and some other minimal changes
Now the lag spikes please help me with those
i have 12gb memeory allocated 100 lod chunks
and i have tried 16gb and 20gb
try setting cpu load to a lower value in dh's settings
i just tired to and even tried to put it at minimal impact but no the lag spikes when i move around are still there
does turning off distant generation work?
even tried to put the gpu load thing at its lowest now it looks like poop and still has lag spikes
no
ummm
i did not move a lot
generation off
like 12 vanilla redner distance
i dont know why it is still lagging. can you try with just DH installed and see if that makes a difference?
they are still there with only DH iris and sodium...
and with only dh its still there
and in all these scenarios its an very high tps
and even when i turn dh rendering off
Dh rendering doesn't make a difference for tps
It does slightly (from my testing)
But shouldn't be significant
does it impact fps?
is DH just very laggy?
Yes
For most people it's not, especially not when you turn off distant generation
generation doesent make a diffrence for me?
Yea, which is weird
It absolutely should
Vsync/gpu bound/framecap?
Otherwise you're not generating
The gpu is at 99-100% when using shaders no framecap and no vsync
You must be bottlenecked by your gpu very hard if distant generation doesn't make a difference. What are your specs?
