1 cm shift after pause
When I print an object I get repeatable an exactly 1cm shift to the right when resuming the print. I first suspected a loose belt of similar, chencked the mechanics but can't find anything. Then as I was testing the new Orcaslicer I reverted back to Prusaslicer with the exact same result. Also checking the gcode in gcodeanalyzer.com seems to be as expected.
Weird is that printing a primitive with a pause does go allright.
In Prusa slicer I had to insert "PAUSE" to trigger the amcro, Prusa inserts M601 which is not picked up by RatOS (Orca inserts PAUSE by default).
Attached are the RatOS console output, actual gcode and model.

The toolhead parks 1cm offset to the right.
please do me a favor and test this without exclude objects
Nope, still the same result.
I disabled [exclude_objects] in the firmware as well as in the slicer the label objects.
Interesting is that this shift only happens upon the first pause. Had it pause 3 times now and only the first one shifted by 1 cm, the others are perfectly on top of that 1 cm shift, no additional shift any more.
ok, will have a look
I thought I might have a work-aroud: Pause it on layer 1 so it makes the shift before even starting the print but unfortunately that didn't work, it still shifts 1 cm on the next pause.
I found a work-around: when pausing manually the shift does not happen. The subsequent shift upon layer change from the slicer does not shift eighter then.
I will experiment a bit more as it seems like the initial manual pause needs to be after the first layer for it to work, will let you know.
No it doesn't matter manual pause once the first layer has started is enough to avoid the shift.
I'm having the same issue. Seems to have started after installing the Orbitor V2 smart sensor. Didn't know if it had something to do with the load filament script but same thing as K2Van. I have the V4 500 Hybrid
I pause manually and I get the shift. Are you using the auto load after you pause
I was pausing to put magnets in. So just pause - resume, no other operations in RatOS.
